Homestay Teluk Ketapang

1. the long-tailed macaque named Panjang bares his teeth as he is forced to demonstrate how coconuts are plucked at Teluk Ketapang

Said to be the “best” homestay in the state of Terengganu, I have visited twice before, although have yet to a spend night there.

3. Rambo Cruise begins from Jeti Seberang Takir

5. arriving at the Crystal Mosque on Pulau Wan Man, Kuala Terengganu

The highlight of this trip was the Rambo Cruise, although I cannot tell the difference between this boat cruise and the Terengganu River Cruise. The sights looked the same – the dissimilarities probably lie in the operation of the two businesses.

6. Kuala Terengganu’s very own i-City

7. yes, we love Kuala Terengganu

I don’t deny that homestay programmes are not my cup of tea. I don’t mind visiting, though, and this was where I learned about traditional snacks such as keropok lekor cicah colek (KLCC), lempeng nyior & tepung bunga.
