Although located along Lebuh Carnarvon and not Armenian Street, the hotel is just a short walking distance from the street that it is named after.
Still, it is within the George Town UNESCO World Heritage zone on Penang Island, and one could have a panoramic view of almost the entire heritage area of George Town from the viewing deck on the top floor of the hotel.
The hotel, with a total of six floors, offers 92 rooms, all fitted out in heritage style.
Armenian Street Heritage Hotel, which is just a stone’s throw from the world-famous Ernest Zacharevic’s “Little Children On A Bicycle” street art on Armenian Street, is managed by Tune Hotels. However, unlike the usual Tune Hotels’ no-frills concept, this is a full-service hotel.
