After almost a week of Terengganu delicacies, delegates from China, Hong Kong and Thailand of the 2014 Terengganu International Squid Jigging Festival were craving for some tastes of their homeland dishes.

Indeed, they found it at Restoran Payang Serai, an unassuming restaurant at the Kuala Terengganu waterfront, which serves delicious Chinese and Thai-style cooking.

And, I am happy to report that the restaurant received stamps of approval from the Chinese and Thai delegates!
