Compared to the “old” ferry service from Lumut Jetty to Pangkor Jetty which takes about 40 minutes one way, this ferry from Marina Island Jetty to Pangkor Jetty only requires ten minutes.
1. the ferry from Marina Island Pangkor to Pangkor Island
During my recent vacation to Lumut/Pangkor where I put up at Marina Island Pangkor Resort & Hotel, it was only a five to ten-minute walk from the resort to the Marina Island Jetty, so it was extremely convenient. Besides, the fare for return ticket is the same at RM10 per person only.

However, if you do not have your own transport, I’d suggest that you stick to the “old” jetty in Lumut as the bus terminal is just a stone’s throw away. If you were to utilise the ferry services at Marina Island Jetty, you would need to hail a cab, and it could cost you quite a bit, especially at night.
