Called Loveats, there are five types of burgers: beef, chicken, lamb, fish and veggie. priced from RM8.80, I have to admit that dining here could be a luxurious indulgence for many a student’s budget as Loveats is located in the student township of Taman Universiti in Tamjung Malim.
3. Loveats was packed to the brim
Everything is ‘homemade’ according to Chef Fazlizam Abas, who is also the CEO of the company. If you noticed the black buns, it’s because they are black bamboo charcoal buns. And yes, they are homemade too, hence you would never find these buns anywhere else.

As one of the eateries in Tanjung Malim listed in the latest Perak Food Trail booklet, the two-year-old Loveats is worth visiting, for a meal or two, to indulge in a charcoal burger or two in a most romantic ambiance.
