Named Farhan Seasoning Sauce, some of the ingredients used in the seasoning include corn oil, English mustard and light soy sauce. All in all, there are more than ten ingredients. I managed to get the secret ingredient from him and it is vinegar.

3. from left (top): season the meat with the Chef Wong's special sauce then coat the meat with flour. From left (bottom): Dip the chicken into a bowl of egg and then coat the meat with bread crumbs before putting them into the fryer. Fry till golden brown.

According to Chef Wong, even if you do not have any other sauce at home, by using his seasoning, you can cook anything you like, and they will taste just as good. Use it for vegetables, to season meat and even to fry noodles, it is suitable, without all tasting similar.

I have no reason not to believe him as he demonstrated the usage of the seasoning with his preparation of chicken cheese, chicken nuggets, chicken boxing, Chinese-style fried egg and Cantonese-style fried noodles.

I love it that one doesn’t have to marinate the meat for a long time unlike some other seasoning. It is also not necessary to add any other seasoning or sauce. However, if you want a heavier flavour, you may add in sesame oil.
