All work and no food makes Emily a grumpy girl. As such, during our tour of Forest City Sales Gallery, my friends and I made a stop at Café Droptop to refuel our tummies.
There isn’t much information about Café Droptop that I can share with you, except that this is a Korean franchise. This outlet in Forest City, Johor is its first in Malaysia. Opened in Feb 2017, the company followed it up with a second outlet in Penang in September.
Have you wondered what “Droptop” means? It is defined as “Drop in the TOP place – enjoy your best quality coffee in a top luxury place.” So, just go chill and enjoy; undeniably not only the coffee but the desserts are equally indelible.
Café Droptop was recommended by our local guide, Mr. Chua. He also particularly told us about the mouth-watering “ais kacang”. I later found out that the item is listed on the menu as “Secret Icetop”. There are two variants: Milk Icetop and Mango Icetop.
By the way, if you thought that there are way too many desserts to select and you got confused, why not just choose set meals?
Brunch Set has 1 Drink, 1 Sandwich or Hotdog for RM26. High Tea Set comprises 1 Drink + 1 Cake + High Tea Packaging (Tea Only) is RM18.90 while All Day Set comes with 1 Drink + 1 Toast or Crispy Ball at RM23.
